Example #7 UPS Down/Broken
This example shows that a UPS device has experienced some problem, like a failed or disconnected I/O cable,
or a failed piece of internal hardware, that has prevented the UPS Monitor Process from communicating with
the UPS device. After retrying several times to obtain status from the UPS device, the UPS Monitor Process
has marked the UPS device (Ldev #24) as Down/Broken.
