Simply :STREAM JHTTPD.PUB.APACHE to start your web server. The server may spend as much as the first 5
minutes or so in a tight CPU loop generating temporary cryptographic keys before it will be ready to respond
to browser requests. No records will be written to any of the log files in the logs/ directory during this time.
