A long file display contains the same information as a short file display plus each file's
ending media number, record size, blocking factor, maximum number of extents allowed,
end-of-file, and file record limit.
Once again, there are two formats for the long listing -- MPE and HFS. The HFS format
contains the same information as the MPE format, except that the variable-length HFS
filename is at the end of the line. It will be wrapped in the same was as the short listing if
the filename length exceeds the line length.
To display the list of files stored using the long form in MPE format, use the SHOW=LONG
option. For example:
:FILE T;DEV=TAPE
:STORE @.PUB.TEST;*T;SHOW=LONG
