User Intrinsics
NRJEActiveWS
NRJEActiveWS
Provides the number and identification of active NRJE workstations.
Syntax
I BA I IA
NRJEActiveWS (
InCount
,
WorkStations
,
OutCount
,
Result
)
Parameters
InCount
An integer input variable by reference. The
InCount
parameter specifies the maximum number of
entries that can be returned in the
WorkStations
array, from 1 through 8.
If
InCount
is less than the actual number of active
WorkStations
, an error code will be returned in
Result
.
WorkStations
An output byte array. The
WorkStations
array is a
list of active NRJE workstations. Each entry is eight
characters long, left-justified, and blank filled when
necessary. A three-entry list will look like this:
STA1
RICHARD
RMT99
OutCount
An output integer variable by reference. The
OutCount
parameter is the number of active
workstations and entries in
WorkStations
. Using the
example for
WorkStations
above,
OutCount
=3.
Result
An eight-element integer output array (required).
The
Result
array contains error codes that occurred
during execution of this intrinsic.
The first element of the
Result
array is set to zero if no
errors took place. The structure of the
Result
array is
described in “Parameters Common to NRJE Intrinsics”
in the introduction to this chapter.
Always test the first element of
Result
immediately
after you call this intrinsic. If the first element of
Result
is not zero, test the other elements of
Result
to
determine the nature of the problem that has occurred.
