Step 5: Select DTC Type
The DTC Configuration Selection screen (Figur e5-4) is displayed when you press the
[Go To DTC]
key at the Host Configuration screen. Here you specify the type of DTC to
configure. You can also trigger the process to automatically add and configure a new
DTC without needing to specify detailed configuration information. See Chapter 3,
“Automatic Configuration of DTCs,” for instructions on triggering the automatic
configuration process.

1. Select the DTC type by pressing one of the function keys:
[DTC16iX]
,
[DTC16MX/ RX]
,
[DTC16]
,
[DTC48]
, or
[DTC72MX].
NMMGR will take you to the configuration screen for the specified DTC type.
NOTE You may use the
[List DTCs]
key on the DTC Configuration Selection Screen to see a list
of all DTC names configured on your system.
