Step 5: Configure PAD Node Name Lists
The DTS Node List screen is displayed after you press the
[Go to Access]
key at the Host
Configuration Screen. This is where you enter all the node names or IP address of all the
systems that you will want to specify in the PAD Access Lists.
PAD Node Names and Access Lists need to be configured only if you are going to
configure PAD Incoming security. They are used with PAD Support configurations to
restrict remote access (via PAD Support) to local systems. The names of all the nodes to
be access must first be entered into the name names list. The access lists are subsets of
the nodenames list, only nodes that appear in the nodenames list can appear in an
access list. You can enter up to a maximum of 32 node names.

1. Enter the node name of the desired system in the Node Name field and press
[Save
Data]
. The node name will be added to the end of the list of node names. Each node
must be entered one at a time.
The node name can be an NS node name of the format
nodename.domain.organization, or an IP address of the for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
2. To delete a node from the list, enter the record number of the node to be deleted and
press the
[Delete Data]
key.
3. If you enter more than 8 nodes and want to see the other parts of the list, press the
[Next Page]
and
[Prev Page]
keys as needed to see the desired portion of the list.
