If DTCCNTRL is invoked without the FUNC=function parameter, the following menu will
be displayed. Enter the number for the desired function at the prompt. DTCCNTRL will
prompt for additional information if needed. The FORCED=Y option for the DTS
Shutdown function can not be selected from the menu.
