NMERR 48 CAUSE: Returned by NMOPENLINK. Unable to FOPEN $STDIN for
Link Manager process. Caused by an internal error.

NMERR 49 CAUSE: Returned by NMOPENLINK. Unable to FOPEN $STDIN for
