Using NMMGR in Maintenance Mode

PURGEVC

address key The name tag used to relate a node name and IP

address from the network directory with a switched or

permanent virtual circuit address conﬁgured under an

X.25 NI in the local conﬁguration ﬁle. The name may

contain a maximum of eight alphanumeric characters.

NI name The network interface name. The name of the local

X.25 NI, (conﬁgured under the path NETXPORT.NI).

The name may contain a maximum of eight

alphanumeric characters.

Example

To purge a virtual circuit associated with the NI named X25 for the

node named NODE1.XLNET.ACCTG:

NMMGR> OPENCONF NMCONFIG

NMMGR> OPENDIR NSDIR.NET.SYS

NMMGR> PURGEVC

Enter the node name (or press return to exit):
