This page describes the fate of the old SYSDIAG tools on MPE/iX 6.5 and later:

SYSDIAG was the online diagnostic system for HP 3000 systems prior to MPE/iX 6.5. SYSDIAG was
known internally as "Sherlock." As of MPE/iX 6.5, it was replaced by the Support Tool Manager (STM)
online diagnostic platform.
Replaced Tools
The following SYSDIAG tools have been replaced with native STM tools.

LOGTOOL (memory, I/O
and hardware-related logs)
A new STM utility called "logtool," based on the HP-UX
version of logtool. Used for I/O events, LPMCs, memory,
etc.
LOGTOOL (system logs,
e.g. auditing, security, etc.,
not covered by the STM
version of logtool)
A standalone version of the SYSDIAG logtool:
logtool.pub.sys. Does not support memory and decoding of
hardware status for I/O entries; for these functions, see the
STM version of "logtool."
MEMDIAG Information module and expert tool.
SCSI3480 Information module.
SCSICD Information module, and expert tool.
SCSIDDS
Information module, diagnose module, expert tool, and
firmware download tool.
SCSIDLT
