CAUSE LOGTOOL was expecting value which is the index where the field containing the hardware status count can
be found. LOGTOOL will display a carat indicating the location where it was expecting the value.
ACTION Please consult the LOGTOOL manual for further information on the FIELD`FORMAT command.
