16103 CLAS0005 CAUSE: A connection tossed a packet because of an invalid sequence
number. May be caused by inbound retransmissions, connection
assurance packets, or window probes.
ACTION: Informative message. No action required. Occasional
occurrences normal. Excessive occurrences indicate abnormal software
operation.
