The PXP header is contained in the message frame logged on inbound
packets. The header begins at word 18 of the message frame.
MESSAGE: None
0 CLAS0001 CAUSE: Received an invalid NS format message (PARM = message
function).

1 CLAS0001 CAUSE: Received a port message before receiving the CP initialization
message (PARM = message function).
