code (PARM = function code).

3 CLAS0004 CAUSE: ARP protocol started.
ACTION: Informative message.

12 CLAS0003 CAUSE: An ARP packet with a bad ARP header was received from the
link.
ACTION: Either the packet was corrupted in transit or a remote node is
not transmitting packets correctly. If the latter case is suspected, see
Appendix A, “Submitting an SR,” of this manual.

27 CLAS0004 CAUSE: ARP protocol started.
ACTION: Informative message.
