Updating From Global Installation Prior to NetBase 9.6
Any release prior to 9.6 is unsupported and the NetBase Shell must be removed before updating to
the 9.7 Release.
_____ 1. Logon as MANAGER.SYS,PUB.
_____ 2. Remove the NetBase Shell:
:RUN NBVERS.PUB.NETBASE,DISABLE
:RUN NBINST.PUB.NETBASE;INFO=”REMOVE”
_____ 3. Reboot the system.
_____ 4. Proceed to Step 1 of the “Installation Steps” section.
