The following table provides descriptions of the fields in the Name Maintenance screen.
Field Description
Dist
The name of the distribution list
#
The line number of this distribution. The line number is used to identify
a distribution for modifying and deleting.
Name/Department
Name
is the name of the recipient of the report.
Department
is the
recipient’s department.
Phone#/Bin
Phone#
is the phone number of the recipient.
Bin
is the bin number of
the recipient.
