Displays the PXUTIL utility commands.

PXUTIL> update
User and group databases sucessfully created.
PXUTIL> quit
Below is a typical invocation and operation of PXUTIL when the databases previously exist.
Note that users that were added to the database are displayed. (Refer the commands
section for more information on the UPDATE command.)
