NAME
logname — display user name
SYNOPSIS
logname
DESCRIPTION
logname displays the login name of the person who issues the command. It obtains this
through the getlogin() function defined in the POSIX.1 standard.
ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES
LOGNAME contains your user name.
DIAGNOSTICS
Possible exit status values are:
0 Successful completion.
1 logname could not determine the login name.
