Conﬁguring the SNA Node and Link

SDLC Link Data Screen

Once you have speciﬁed the PU and LU information, you are ready to

conﬁgure the communications link parameters and the phone data for

the SDLC link. You do this on the “SNA Node Conﬁguration: SDLC

Link Data” screen as shown in Figure 2-6. Select this screen by

pressing

[f1] (Go To LINKDATA) on the “SNA Node Conﬁguration: PU

Data” screen. (You can go directly to this screen from any screen by

typing @SNANODE.

Path

For display only. The NMMGR path to this screen. It

includes the name of the SNA node you are conﬁguring.

Physical Path

Required. The address of the PSI. At system start-up

time, this address is assigned according to the slot the
