-10 MESSAGE A bad revision code was detected for a BIND
or DO_BIND request.
CAUSE Operating system software problem—version mismatch
between modules and procedures.
ACTION Call your Hewlett-Packard Representative.

DO_BIND request.
CAUSE Operating system software problem occurred during
configuration of device manager components.
