CAUSE Cannot verify functionality of PSW's N bit. N bit is not set
for nullified instruction when taken branch trap is taken.

4F MESSAGE No message. System halts. (E)
CAUSE Cannot verify functionality of PSW's N bit. When N bit is
set RFI target is not nullified.
