is a hard number. It is not dependent upon the number of entities installed in a
Cabinet. The Utilities Subsystem is not allowing the cabinet to power up due to an
insufficient number of installed IO fans. Recommended Action: Install missing IO
fans, or if proper number installed, troubleshoot IO fan presence detection. SNMP

Cause: Power source supplying AC to the PDCA has failed. Recommended Action:

48 Volt Converter Failed. Data Byte 3 specifies PDCA number. Probable Cause: The
PDCA identified has failed. This will be evident by many BPS_FAIL codes and
