Device manager error after kit update
Issue After updating the HP Storageworks Fibre Channel Adapter Kit for the Emulex
Storport driver and HBAnyware utility from the in-box version to the version
on the Smart Setup CD, when viewing the controller in the device manager,
yellow exclamations marks (!) appear next to the Emulex controller with the
following error message:
This device cannot start (Code 10)

Workaround The controllers start up normally and function properly after rebooting the
system.
Target LUN and boot controller WWN not visible in a VC environment
Issue When installing to storage attached to an Emulex LPe1105 mezzanine controller
(403621-B21) in a Virtual Connect (VC) environment through a Brocade switch,
the target LUN is not visible and the WWN for the boot controller is not visible
in the zone in the switch administrative tool.

Workaround Write down and save the controller World-Wide Number (WWN) when
installing it into the system, or obtain it from the VC manager or EFI utility.
Then, manually enter the WWN into the desired zone on the switch when
configuring the zone. Scan for targets and continue with the usual installation
steps to boot from the controller. For more information, see the HP StorageWorks

MSA1000/1500 Event Notification driver not certified
Issue The MSA1000/1500 Event Notification driver version 6.4.0.64 is not certified for
Windows Server 2008.

Workaround The driver operates correctly under Windows Server 2008. However, HP
recommends you download a Windows Server 2008 certified driver as soon as
possible from the following location:

Installation
Integrity PCI-express power management fix for AH400A/AH401A is always ready to install
Issue The Integrity PCI-express power management fix for the AH400A and AH401A
HBAs (cp009436.exe) is always “ready to install” even after it is installed.
This can occur when running HPSUM interactively from the Smart Setup CD
or after you download the Support Pack from the web and run it interactively.

Workaround There is no workaround. You can ignore this message after you install the
package.
HPSUM does not detect installed version of Neterion 10Gb NIC driver
Issue If the Neterion 10 Gb NIC driver is already installed with the OPK media, and
HPSUM is run for the first time, the driver is displayed in the install required
