Failed to find space in mdt. Probable Cause: FW requested an entry in the MDT, and
there wasn't a large enough chunk of contiguous memory for the requested size.

Media failure: info was not retrieved/logged. Probable Cause: The Error handler has
failed to retrieve or log data due to a media failure. Recommended Action: Reboot
