Implementing Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 on HP Integrity Servers
Issue: After installing Windows Solution 2.0 (February 2004) Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
Edition (no Service Pack) then upgrading to SP 2 Release Candidate build. There is a blank "Web
Content Zone" in "Security Tab" from the "Internet Properties" when you right click on "Internet
Explorer" Icon from the desktop. If you check from within Internet explorer, then internet options,
everything is visible. NOTE: This system was installed with the base image 14E and not updated with
the latest Microsoft QFEs before applying the support pack and Service Pack 2 update. So if you
don’t have SP 1, but have been keeping your system up to date you probably won’t see this issue.
Workaround: Check security tab from within Internet Explorer or Upgrade to Integrity Support Pack
3.30 and reboot. Install Service Pack 1 and reboot. Install Integrity Support Pack 5.0, reboot, and
then install Service Pack 2.
