Ships a permanent replacement unit overnight
via premium airfreight, if hardware issue
cannot be resolved remotely. Shipping charges
are prepaid by HP.
Same Day Onsite – 4 hour 9x5 and 13x5:
Sends an HP technician to customers’ site the
same business day for repair, within 4 hours, if
the issue cannot be resolved through remote
support. Various support window times are
available, for different requirements.
