2. From the Internal Print Server, navigate to Tools > Preferences and set the printer IP address in
the Internal Print Server.
3. From the Internal Print Server, navigate to Tools > Proactive support. Configure the HP Proactive
Support and make sure the customer accepts all disclaimers.
4. Configure Call@HP
5. Install the Antivirus Eset32 software.
