The IP/SLIP client specified an out of bounds number on the data switch
dialstring for the SLIP Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) size.
can not request both dynamic IP address and IP address <IP address>
The user specified both the -D option and a privately administered IP
address in his/her dialstring. Only one of these may be entered.
