13.A 2000-sheet tray paper jam
Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations related to the 2,000-sheet high-
capacity tray. When a jam occurs, the control panel might display a message and an animation that assists in
clearing the jam.

13.A4.XX Jam in tray 4
1. Open the 2,000-sheet high-capacity input tray.
2. Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of paper.
Verify that the tray is not overlled and that the
paper guides are adjusted correctly.
