Scheduling
Customize the appearance of the Calendar
Customize the appearance of your calendar by setting the 1st day of the week, deciding how
many days in a week you want to view, showing the number of weeks and the half-hour time
slots, deciding to use a large font, and deciding to set reminders for new items. Display
several icons that give visual information about your appointments, including
• Reminder
•Recurs
•Note
•Location
• Attendees
•Private
Decide to send meeting requests through Microsoft ActiveSync 3.5 or an e-mail service.
1. From the Start menu, tap Calendar
2. Tap Tools
3. Tap Options
4. Select the calendar options
