Fibre Channel driver
Table 21 (page 116) lists informational log messages common to both FC ports, 1 (FC1) and 2
(FC2). Log messages beginning with #0 apply to Fibre Channel port 1 (FC1), and log messages
beginning with #1 apply to Fibre Channel port 2 (FC2).
