Adding a record to the knowledge base
Knowledge base and question bank save the SOM operation experiences and questions.
1. From the navigation tree, select CMDB ManagementKnowledge Base Management.
2. Click Add to enter the page for adding a record to the knowledge base.
3. Configure the settings and click OK.

NOTE:
By default, the privilege of your record is Public. A public record is available to all users. If
you set the privilege to Private, you can specify the users and user groups that can view the
record and the users who can process the record.
Adding a question record to the question bank is similar.
Filtering accounts
To facilitate account query, you can use the user account filtering function.
