To use SSH:
• Open the Terminal Settings dialog by clicking on the Settings push button on the toolbar.
• Select SSH from the Connection Type drop down menu.
• Enter the host, user, and password.
• Click OK.
Target Management terminal limitations
• The Guardian command tedit is not supported.
• The block mode is not supported.
• For SSH connections, the OSH command exit terminates the connection instead of taking
you back to the TACL prompt.
• SSH connections usually take you to an OSH prompt. To switch to a TACL prompt, enter
gtacl at the OSH prompt and re-enter login credentials. For example:
