Reinitializing DSM/SCM
2. Designate volumes to be used as scratch on this target system. See Updating
Target Volume Usage (ZPHITMI and ZPHIHMI) on page 17-12.
3. Add operators and database administrators for this target system. See Setting
Security for Target Database Administrators (ZPHITMI) on page 5-12.
