The installation process of Mid-Range Library Media Manager (MLMM) consists of:

Installing the MLMM software
•
Transferring files via FTP
•
Configuring the MLMM server, and the MLMM GUI to establish communication
between the selected NonStop NS-series system and the tape library
The tape drives can be configured with an Integrity NonStop NS-series system. In the
SL500 tape library, the maximum number of M8504 tape drives that can be configured
using Mid-Range Library Media Manager is 14.
