B5 Robotic controller not responding to
command from library controller

Reset the device and retry the
operation.

Update the firmware to the
latest version.

If power-cycling does not
resolve the issue, contact
customer support.
C0 Network initialization failed

Check the network cable.
!
Check that the network
configuration is correct.
!
If DHCP is enabled, ensure
that a DHCP server is up an
running on the device's
network.
!
Power cycle the device and try
again.
C1 Telnet interface initialization failed
!
Check the network cable.
!
Check that the network
configuration is correct.

Power cycle the device and try
again.
C2 Web server initialization failed

Check the network cable.

Check that the network

Power cycle the device and try
