Operator Control Panel (OCP)
Downloading a Support Ticket
Use the Figure 4-28 to download a support ticket for the Library or tape drives. The
support ticket can help a service engineer or system administrator diagnose a device
problem. You can view the contents of the support ticket with HP Library & Tape Tools.
Operator Control Panel (OCP)
The operator control panel on the front of the device includes a 2-line by 16-character
green backlit liquid crystal display (LCD), four function keys, and four LEDs. This panel
provides everything you need to monitor the device status and control its functions.
LED Indicators
The operator panel includes four LEDs that provide a summary of the device status as
detailed in Figure 4-29.
