NOTE: Besides commons-fileupload-1.0.zip and
commons-fileupload-1.0.tar.gz , you will also find links to their respective signature
files, commons-fileupload-1.0.zip.asc and

• commons-el.jar
Download commons-el-1.0.zip or commons-el-1.0.tar.gz from: http://
archive.apache.org/dist/commons/el/binaries/.
Both the files contain the binary distributions. The only difference is in their compression
format.
