Using Main Menu

At the TACL prompt type:

run NSPDIAG

The following menu is displayed:

Through the menu options, you specify the parameters or change the default values;

you then start testing commands by selecting:

Option I – Interactive Testing and then entering the test command on the screen,

A View Log in Axx100 NSP

B Batch file name: ---

C I/O Configuration: G- A6000(IFM)/A7000(BOXCAR)/Ethernet(BOXCAR or

ARM)

D Test device name:

O TCP/UDP port number: (Default 7000)

F Data file name:

G Copy test commands from data file into memory: (Default is Off)

H Handle device <CR><LF>: (Default is Ignore)

I Interactive testing

K Display character count for all messages: (Default is Off)

L Log file name:

M MFK name (don't check if blank):

R Repeat count for data file/diagnostic functions (0 = forever): (Default is 1)

S START TESTING DEVICE

T Timed repeat count: (Default is 0)

V Verbose mod, details all messages to screen and log: (Default is Off)

W I/O Timeout in seconds (0 = wait forever): (Default is 0).

XEXIT.

Enter letter of menu option: _____

Note. The default values for all the parameters are shown in the above menu.
