Back up the cluster including the Insight Software and SQL Server shared disks.
B.
Install any prerequisites for the new sof
tware on both cluster nodes.
C.
Up

the primary system.

Ensure the secondary is shut down.

After removing Insight Software services from cluster co
ntrol, run

on the secondary system
