7. Start Systems Insight Manager clustered service.
a. On the secondary system, edit or confirm the property file settings following
instructions in Updating properties
b. .
c. If you are using Matrix recovery management, upgrade the remote site by
following the steps in the Configuring the CMS, managed systems, and
products section of the HP Insight Management 7.2 Installation and
Configuration Guide.
d. On the secondary system, run Administrative Tools Services and then stop
the following Insight Management services in the order listed below. Ensure
the state of each service before moving to the next step.
i. HP Matrix infrastructure bursting connecter
ii. HP Matrix infrastructure chargeback
iii. HP Matrix Infrastructure orchestration
iv. RSCentral
v. RSJRAS
vi. HP Logical Server Automation
vii. HP Storage Provisioning Manager Service
viii. HP Extensible Storage & Server Adapter
ix. HP Capacity Advisor Data Service
x. HP Agentless Data Collector Service
xi. HP Global Workload Manager Central Management Server
xii. HP Application Discovery
xiii. HP Insight Control virtual machine management
xiv. HP Insight Control server migration Web Service
xv. HP Insight Control server migration Application Service
xvi. HP Version Control Repository Manager
xvii. OpenSSH Server
xviii. HP Systems Insight Manager
xix. Pegasus WMI Mapper
e. Power the primary system on, and log in to Windows as Administrator. Both
the primary and secondary systems should be running.
f. Use Failover Cluster Manager to verify that the SQL Server clustered service is
online on the secondary system.
