The Data Migration of an Existing Microsoft Windows CMS to a new
Insight Software 7.0 system White Paper has additional configuration steps
on the target side in case the target Insight Management Cluster is set up
with SQL Server installed on another cluster.

Note:
In 7.0, the Data Migration Tool supports workgroup to domain migrations.
In 7.0, the Data Migration Tool supports migration from a SQL Server
running in the local server or cluster to a SQL Server running in a cluster
that is remote to the target Insight Management cluster. But both clusters
must be members of the same Windows domain.
Note:
Insight Management 7.0 does not support Windows Server 2003 MSCS
clustering.
