VCEM cannot perform the operation because the database
server is not responding. Possible causes are: - No

connectivity with the database server (in case a remote
database). - Too many database operations being
performed at the same time. To resolve this, verify that the
database server is running and can be accessed through
the CMS. Wait until all VCEM jobs are complete, and then
perform the operation again.
