Insight Dynamics is integrated by design and builds on the industry

leading HP infrastructure
management portfolio including Insight Control and Systems Insight Manager. It is av
ailable for both
HP ProLiant and HP Integrity servers.
Insight Dynamics for ProLiant
Insight Dynamics for ProLiant is a solution that is sold both as a suite as well as part of the HP
BladeSystem Matrix environment. Insight Dynamics contains capabilities s
uch as capacity planning,
ongoing optimization, infrastructure orchestration, and recovery management. Prior to Insight
Dynamics 6.0, there were separate licenses for the recovery management (Insight Recovery) and
infrastructure orchestration (Insight Orch
estration) capabilities
–
but with 6.0 and greater, they are
combined into the single Insight Dynamics license. Insight Dynamics requires Insight Control for
ProLiant as an enabling and prerequisite capability. All licenses are managed through the Systems
Insight Manager License Manager on a Windows CMS, as described previously. Licensing
enablements are shipped with each license purchased and then obtained through the previously
described web
-
based tool.
