certificate, and you see a pop-up window with a warning, expand the window and select Continue to this website (not
recommended).

Recommended screen resolution
The minimum supported screen resolution on the CMS is 800x600 pixels, but HP recommends
1280x1024.
Supported databases
Insight Management requires a supported database for the CMS. If the CMS does not currently
have a supported database installed on it or does not have access to a remote database, you must
install a database before you install Insight Management.
IMPORTANT: Insight Management requires the Microsoft SQL Server database to be configured
in non-binary collation mode. Binary collation mode is not supported.

If you must install a database, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express SP1 (32-bit) is included on
HP Insight Management DVD #1.
NOTE: Microsoft SQL Server is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Insight Management
only carries the 32-bit version of SQL Server 2008 R2 Express SP1. Thus, it only installs a 32-bit
SQL Server Express version as a fresh install. You must manually upgrade all installed SQL Server
editions and versions, including 64-bit versions, to an edition and version listed in Table 16
(page 16).
