Installed system names must resolve to an IP address, and IP
addresses must resolve to system names.

If you are installing Insight Control server deployment, you are
prompted for the location of the WAIK files only if WAIK 1.1 is not
already installed.

Installation KIT (WAIK)
WAIK is the automated installation kit for Microsoft Windows Server
2008, and is, available at the Microsoft website.
Installing Insight Control server deployment on Microsoft Windows
operating systems localized in Italian or Spanish requires the English
Microsoft WAIK. The localized Italian or Spanish Microsoft WAIK
does not support WinPE IA-64, which is required to install Insight
Control server deployment.
This is requirement for the installation or upgrade of the database
packaged in the DVD.

This is a requirement of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express
SP1.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 can be installed and present on the CMS, but it cannot be set as the default.
