Appendix E: Migration of CMS users in different scenarios
In workgroup-to-domain migration scenarios, the target-installed CMS user is retained and all other
source CMS users are migrated to the target CMS. The same is applicable for other supported
combinations (domain-to-domain and workgroup-to–workgroup).
Terminology
Source-installed CMS user – User used for installation of source CMS.
Target-installed CMS user - User used for installation of target CMS.
CMS user – OS user added in CMS
