Migration of Operations Orchestration repositories
It is necessary to migrate HP OO repositories in the following conditions:
• You added custom flows to the HP IO Library (/Library/Hewlett-Packard) in HP Operations
Orchestration.
• If you modified any existing HP IO flow in HP Operations Orchestration.
• If you modified local HP Operations Orchestration repositories.
Scenarios not supported
• The source CMS and target CMS with different locales. For more details, see the notes for the
Migration support matrix.
• The source CMS credential and its database server credential are different from the target CMS
credential and its database server credential.
• The source CMS has Insight Management installed and the target CMS has the standalone Systems
Insight Manager installed.
• The source CMS has the standalone Systems Insight Manager installed and the target CMS has
Insight Control or Matrix OE installed.
• The source CMS is a 64-bit system and the target CMS is a 32-bit system.
• The target CMS system is managed by the source CMS.
• The source and target systems are members of different Windows domains.
• The target CMS is the same physical system as the source CMS when the target CMS is a cluster
CMS.

Requirements
• The import operation can only be performed on a CMS with Insight Management version 7.0.
When performing the import operation, the Administrator must login using the same credentials that
were used to install Insight Management v7.0 on the target CMS.
• The same OS user names and credentials defined for use by Insight Management on the source
CMS must also be defined on the target CMS.
• The target CMS must have a fresh installation of Insight Management 7.0.
• If Matrix OE is installed, you must ensure that you have at least 20 GB free space for the export file
on both the source and target CMS. File size might vary, depending on the number of discovered
systems and on the Insight Management products that are installed. The file can be much smaller,
50 MB, if just HP SIM is installed with several hundred systems. If you are using a remote database
