You can also set different download options for each folder.
Synchronizing E-Mail
When you synchronize Outlook e-mail on a computer with your device, e-mail
messages are synchronized as follows:

Messages in the Inbox folder on your computer or Exchange Server are
copied to the Inbox folder of the Outlook e-mail account on your device.
●
Messages in the Outbox folder on your device are transferred to
Exchange Server or Outlook, and then sent from those programs.
●
When you delete a message on your device, it's deleted from your
computer or Exchange Server the next time you synchronize.
●
The default sync settings synchronize messages from the past three
days only and the first 2KB of each new message is downloaded.
NOTE: Text messages are not received via synchronization.
Instead, they are sent to your HP iPAQ via your service provider.
Replying to E-mail using HP Voice Reply
1. In your Outlook Inbox, scroll to the message you want to reply to and
press the Action button to open the message.
2. Press Menu > HP Voice Reply , and press Record to record your
message.
3. Press Stop when you finish recording your message.
4. The recorded message is automatically attached to your e-mail.
5. Enter any short text message if required, and press Send.
