LOCAL position: The storage system is powered on/off by the

Emergency Power-Off (EPO)
The disk array EMERGENCY POWER OFF (EPO) switch is located in the rear of the DKC (see the
following figure). Use this switch only in case of an emergency.
To power off the disk array in case of an emergency:
1. Go to the rear of the DKC, and pull the emergency power-off switch (item 13 in Figure 18) up
and then out towards you as illustrated on the switch.
2. Call the technical support center. The EPO switch must be reset by service personnel before the
disk array can be powered on again.
